Servicing & Maintenance


Hydramet is structured around an ability to provide a comprehensive service support for all products and systems produced or sold by the company.  The key elements of providing this high level of service in the short and longer term include:

  • Employing professional qualified trade staff
  • Providing comprehensive training to all service personnel
  • Structuring a service team with quality management
  • Ensuring all staff have safety, first aid and induction training
  • Continually developing and maintaining fully equipped service and test facilities in each branch
  • Manage an ongoing program for employment and training of apprentices

Hydramet service staff have comprehensive training in all aspects of gas chlorination and chemical metering systems including skills as required assessing the conformance of installations to the relevant Australian Standards. All service staff have a formal electrical trades qualification ensuring their ability and skill to attend all aspects of system and equipment maintenance.

In addition to product and system service, the service department offer the following:

  • Assembly and testing of complete package systems
  • Site installation, commissioning and training
  • Contract servicing at agreed intervals
  • Emergency response
