Hydramet Pty Ltd is engaged in the application, sales and servicing of water treatment equipment, systems and associated controls for industrial and processing applications, and commercial applications including swimming pools.
Our Mission is to help our customers to achieve their business objectives. We will ensure continuing customer satisfaction by providing goods and service which consistently meet customer needs and expectations in the most effective manner whilst conforming to statutory requirements.
To achieve this objective, it is our policy to maintain a Quality Management System to ensure that we understand customer requirements and that quality awareness is a normal part of the job in all aspects of the Company’s operations. The quality management system will ensure that all Company activities are carried out in the most effective and efficient manner to benefit both the customers and the Company and that our suppliers and other trading partners also conform to our requirements.
It is the aim of the company to maintain a continuous improvement in the quality of products and services their delivery processes, thereby strengthening the Company by way of image and market position.
The commitment to, and the responsibility for, quality is shared by all members of the Company, both management and staff, to make sure that all aspects of the Company’s systems have been developed in consultation and agreement with company personnel. Company staff members are encouraged to identify and report any quality problem and to participate in the improvement process.
