KOFLO manufacture a full range of both threaded and flanged Teflon static mixers and chemical blending mixers. Threaded mixers are available from 1/2"-1" diameter, and are construced of schedule 80 FPA. These mixers have solid FPA mixing elements welded to the interior pipe wall. Koflo flanged mixers have PTFE lined carbon steel housings ranging from 1" to 10" diameter. Standard Koflo Teflon-lined static mixers come with 25% glass-filled Teflon mixing elements. The exterior of lined static mixers is coated with a DuPont Imron Urethane epoxy to protect against damage from spillage or leakage. |
