Hydramet has over 20 years experience, specialising in the concept development, design, fabrication, assembly, installation, commissioning and servicing of packaged chlorine gas water treatment systems.

Chlorine gas system designs range in capacities from 30gms/hr to 20kg/hr in a single module and are expandable using multiple modules.

Control variants range from basic manual (on/off) to flow proportional and residual control or combination of both.

Automatic control is achievable over a dose range from 30gms/hr to 20kg/hr with either single or mulitple chlorinators and arranged for use with all available chlorine gas container capacities.

With the exception of building construction, all aspects of the chlorination package are designed and manufactured in house. This includes electrical instrumentation, PLC programming and hydraulics for water supply and chlorine solution.

Comprehensive testing on all facets of the systems is carried out prior to delivery to ensure trouble-free installation. These tests include hydraulic (hydro test), electrical, control, functionality of control and remote communications.

System enclosure options range from a single room basic package to larger modules including discrete rooms (gas, chlorination and instrument/electrical). The modules may incorporate suitably treated steel bases or pre-stressed concrete integral plinths to suit ease of installation and cyclone rated zones.

Additional features are evolving to suit market requirements including track systems for movement of drums and chlorine absorption systems for potentially more sensitive sites.
