Hydramet is a licensed electrical contractor and a registered chlorine licence assessor.
All Hydramet Technical Service Engineers have a formal electrical trade qualification and the appropriate mechanical, instrumentation, hydraulic and first aid qualifications. They have also all attained the unit of competency NWP277A Work Safely with Liquefied Chlorine Gas. SCBA, OHS and emergency response training is also compulsory for all service staff including the skills required assessing the conformance of water treatment installations to the relevant Australian Standards
Hydramet staff members are competent in many water treatment technologies, including: chlorination, fluoridation, water softening, UV water treatment, reverse osmosis, dissolved air flotation and chemical dosing.
The Hydramet workforce is experienced in the design, construction, maintenance, and service of water treatment systems and applications across a wide range of industries such as utilities, oil & gas, mining and food processing
