Craig Dickson - General Manager

 

With formal qualifications in Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry and business studies, Craig has over 23-years experience in all aspects of water and wastewater treatment. He has worked for some of the world’s largest water treatment companies including Pall Filtration, USFilter, Veolia and GE Water and Process Technologies.
Craig’s particular areas of expertise are filtration and separations technologies, including reverse osmosis, electrodialysis and brine concentration
         



 

Allan Hughes - Manager NSW

 

Electrical Fitter Mechanic / Instrumentation / Hydraulic qualifications Actively involved within the Water Treatment / Chemical Metering Industry with approximately 17 years experience Experienced in management roles for service, business development and operations. Experienced in a variety of water treatment processes and applications in various market segments

Damien Lamb - Manager SA

 

18 years experience and involvement within the Australian Water Industry Working experience includes internal sales, external sales, project management, business development, marketing and regional branch management primarily within the oil & gas and municipal water treatment industries. Responsible for a regional team of 13 personnel and involved with system design, equipment selection, procurement, manufacturing, site installation, commissioning and after sales service

Craig Vallance - Manager WA

 

Craig is an electrician by trade, who also holds an Electrical Engineering degree. He has extensive experience in the electrical contracting field and has worked with clients such as Woodside, BHP, Water Corporation and Rio Tinto over the last 20 years  

 

Adrian Blinman - East Coast Manager
 

Adrian is a Business Manager with experience in marketing, sales, customers service and manufacturing, specialising in understanding the challenges faced by the water and wastewater sectors. Adrian is passionate about facilitating solutions to unique challenges through leveraging a broad network of contacts within the water and wastewater space.
 


 

 Jason Johnson - Manager QLD
     
Jason has over 20 years experience in the water treatment industry, specialising in instrumentation, chemical dosing systems, pumping systems and equipment. He has experience in swimming pools, cooling towers, Municipal water & wastewater, network Sewerage & Potable water pumping systems and has worked for various manufacturers including Aquarius Technologies, Alldos Oceania and Grundfos Pumps. He also has vast experience in tender preparation, project sales & execution.        
       
Tony Hourigan - Business Manager TAS
     

Tony has been in the water industry for over 20 years and in this time has held a variety of roles from technical to customer service and management. This experience in the industry from grass roots to top level has earned him the respect of many peers and industry leaders.
Tony is an electrician by trade and utilises his electrical knowledge in his methodical approach to providing customised solutions. His reputation for customer service is well know and his knowledge and understanding of pumps, in particular chemical dosing and monitoring systems, including their components is well-sought.
Tony is a founding Board Member/Director of the Water Industry Operators Association of Australia (WIOA). He is also co-author of the WIOA Practical Guide to the Operation of and Optimisation of Chlorine and Chloramine Disinfection Systems.
He has also travelled Australia and Asia providing training and technical support on chemical dosing systems specialising in gaseous chlorinators.

   

 
       
Tim Sells - Regional Manager VIC
     
Tim has been active in the water industry for over 25 years. He is a qualified Fitter and Turner and started in the industry with Permutit gaining extensive experience with commercial and industrial filtration, demineralisation equipment, RO and chemical dosing.
Tim has specialised in gas chlorination for the past 15 years and established Superior Water Australia in 2014. 
Now Tim is responsible for a team of nine at Hydramet's Victoria office covering all facets of the business including service support and developing our Tasmanian operation.
