Hydramet’s project management service ensures compliance to the OHS and environmental regulations, thus providing a safe working environment. This includes managing any subcontractors and reviewing their OHS procedures and Safe Work Method Statements.
Site management is also undertaken including safety induction training, hazard identification, risk assessments and site inspections. The Project Manager ensures that hazardous substances regulations and/or dangerous goods licences are adhered to including MSDS and PPE requirements.
Regular project team meetings facilitate communication of policies and procedures, as well as providing progress reports.
The Project Manager is responsible for the quality assurance of all products, services and documentation control. On completion of the project hand-over documentation is presented including mechanical & electrical drawings in AutoCAD, dangerous goods storage licence (class 2.3, where applicable) and operation & maintenance manuals.
